Our Mission:
Champion adapted athletics by providing financial support, resources, and volunteer coordination that empower student-athletes with disabilities. Through fundraising initiatives and community outreach, RRBC strives to increase awareness and participation in adapted sports while fostering inclusion, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Our commitment is to build and sustain a vibrant, inclusive, adapted athletics program that brings together students in grades 7–12 with disabilities from Rochester and surrounding school districts. Sanctioned by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), RRBC ensures that every athlete has the opportunity to experience the pride, camaraderie, and personal growth that come with participating in high school sports. By aligning with the Minnesota Adapted Athletic Association mission, RRBC creates an environment where ability is celebrated, teamwork thrives, and every player feels valued and supported—just like their peers in traditional athletics.
Our Vision:
To create a thriving, inclusive athletic community where student-athletes with disabilities have equal opportunities to compete, grow, and succeed. A place in which they are celebrated for their abilities, supported by schools, and embraced by the broader community.
